The development speed of urban economy is related to the railway transportation economy. By studying and analyzing the economy development of railway station zone, the concepts of railway transportation economy and station zone economy are defined. In the end, the strategies that promote the development of station zone economy are proposed based on the currency of railway station zone economy in some capital cities.
