摘要
针对钱塘江河口的强潮特性,采用数值模拟方法计算出垂向平均的二维潮流场,根据实测垂向流速分布的分析成果将其转换为表层流场,在此基础上采用拉格郎日质点追踪法,模拟三江口在不同潮汐时刻突发溢油事故时油膜的漂移轨迹,分析油膜漂移规律和对取水口的影响风险,为杭州市提高应对突发溢油事故的应急能力提供技术支撑。
Aiming at the characteristics of strong tide within Qiantangjiang River Estuary,the vertical average 2-D tidal flow field is calculated with numerical simulation method and then it is converted into the surface flow field in accordance with the result of the analysis on the measured vertical flow velocity. On the basis of this,the drifting tracks of the oil-films from the sudden oil-spilling accidents occurred in the estuary of three rivers( i. e. Puyangjiang River,Fuchunjiang River and Qiantangjiang River) at various tidal phases are simulated with the method of Lagrangian particle tracking,from which the law of the oil-film drifting and its risks of impacting on the water intakes are analyzed,so as to provide a technical support for enhancing the emergency responding capacity of Hangzhou for dealing with the sudden oil-spilling accident.
