手术治疗Lisfranc损伤的临床体会与分析

Clinical Experience and Analysis of Lisfranc Injury After Surgical Treatment

目的探讨Lisfranc损伤经手术治疗后的临床疗效与分析。方法自2008-05∽2013-12间我院经手术治疗Lisfranc损伤15例,行切开复位螺钉及克氏针内固定术,进行回顾性分析,并根据美国矫形足踝协会（AOFAS）的评分标准评定患足功能恢复情况。结果 15例获得随访,随访时间12∽48个月,平均30个月,采用美国矫形足踝协会（AOFAS）的评分标准进行评分,好8例,较好6例,差1例,患者可接受率达93.33%。结论 Lisfranc关节损伤应早诊断,早治疗,积极手术治疗,行切开复位内固定,达到复位及坚强固定,疗效较为满意。

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of Lisfranc injury after surgical treatment and analysis. Methods 15 cases with Lisfranc injury,open reduction and screw and gram needle fixation from May,2008 to December,2013 in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and according to the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society（ AOFAS） criteria,the function recovery of foot was assessed. Results All patients were followed up from 12 to 48 months with an average of 30 months. The recovery was assessed after operation by American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society（ AOFAS） sore,with 8 good cases,6 better cases and 1 bad case. Conclusion Lisfranc joint damage should be under early diagnosis,early treatment,active surgical treatment,open reduction and internal fixation,and to achieve reduction and strong fixation,which obtains satisfactory curative effect.
