姜黄素治疗黄褐斑的疗效观察及其对黑素的影响

Curative effect of Curcumin Treatment for Chloasma and its Effect on Melanoma

目的观察姜黄素治疗黄褐斑的疗效及其对黑素的影响。方法选取2013-05∽2014-11间我院皮肤科收治的黄褐斑患者74例,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各37例,分别给予姜黄清脂片和维生素C、维生素E口服治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效,并分别于治疗前后采用皮肤多功能测试仪进行黑素指数（MCI）检测。结果观察组患者治疗痊愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后,两组患者MCI均明显降低（P〈0.05）,且观察组患者降低幅度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论姜黄素可有效改善黄褐斑患者皮肤状况,降低MCI。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of curcumin treatment for chloasma and its effect on melanoma. Methods 74 patients with melasma were selected and randomly divided into observational group and control group,with 37 cases in each group,and they were treated with curcumin and vitamin C,vitamin E respectively,the clinical effect of the two groups was observed,and the melanin index（ MCI） using skin and multi function test before and after the treatment was detected. Results The cure rate and total effective rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）; After treatment,the MCI of the two groups significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）,and the changes of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Curcumin can effectively improve the skin condition,and reduce MCI.
