摘要
目的分析急诊护士工作压力源并制定相应的对策。方法采用问卷调查法对福州市三家医院急诊科137名护理人员的工作压力源进行分析。结果 137名护士压力评分平均(49.75±11.27)分,社会不被认可、深造机会少、精神紧张是其工作压力的主要影响因素。结论急诊护士工作压力来源是多方面的,应该通过专业应对培训、弹性排班等措施缓解其工作压力,使其更好地投身工作,促进护患关系和谐。
Objective To analyze the work stressors of emergency nurses,and to develop countermeasures. Methods 137 emergency nurses of three hospitals in Fuzhou were included in the study through questionnaires. Results 137 nurses average score was( 65. 75 ±11. 27) points. Not to be recognized by society,numerous emergency patients,less opportunity to study and nervousness are the main factors of their working pressure. Conclusion Emergency nurses are many sources of stress. Professional corresponding training,flexible scheduling and other measures should be taken to ease the pressure on their work,and promote harmonious relations between nurses and patients.
