手术室护士无瘤技术知-信-行调查研究

Research on Investigating Knowledge-Attitude-Practice about Non-tumor Technique among Operating Nursing

目的分析手术室护士对无瘤技术的认知、态度和行动,并为下一步进行无瘤技术系统培训提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法对福州市3家医院手术室237名护理人员的无瘤技术知识情况进行调查。结果 237名护士无瘤技术知识、信念、行为及格率分别为81.43%、99.58%、86.50%;女性护士知识、行为得分显著高于男性(P<0.05);肿瘤医院手术室护士3方面得分均显著高于综合医院手术室护士(P<0.05)。结论我市3家医院手术室护士无瘤技术知-信-行问卷调查结果尚可,有待进一步规范化培训。

Objective Analysis the knowledge- attitude- practice about non- tumor technique among operating nurses,and provide the basis for the next step of non- tumor technical systems training. Methods 237 operating nurses of three hospitals in Fuzhou were investigated in this study. Results The pass rate of knowledge,attitude and practice about non- tumor technique were 81. 43%,99. 58%and 86. 50% among 237 nurse,respectively; the knowledge and practice scores in female were higher than male（ P〈0. 05）; and the knowledge,attitude and practice scores were all higher in cancer hospital than general hospital. Conclusion The knowledge- attitude-practice about non- tumor technique among operating nurses were acceptable in the three targer hospitals,which needed further standardized training.
