摘要
目的:建立人参皂苷Rg3和其代谢产物人参皂苷Rh2在大鼠各组织中的含量测定方法,探讨它们在大鼠各组织中的分布情况。方法:采用交叉给药设计,应用高效液相色谱法测定Wistar大鼠单次单剂量灌胃人参皂苷Rg3(50 mg/kg)后的各组织中人参皂苷Rg3和人参皂苷Rh2的浓度,从而计算出其在大鼠各组织中分布情况。结果:灌胃给予人参皂苷Rg3后,人参皂苷Rg3在大鼠各脏器中均能检出人参皂苷Rg3和人参皂苷Rh2,但是除了肝脏外,人参皂苷Rh2在各组织中的含量明显低于人参皂苷Rg3。结论:人参皂苷Rg3口服灌胃后,人参皂苷Rg3和人参皂苷Rh2均分布于大鼠各组织中,而肝脏和胃是人参皂苷Rg3主要代谢器官。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Ginsenoside Rg3 and its metabolites Ginsenoside Rh2 in the tissues of rats,explore the tissue distribution of them in rats. Method: Adopting the cross design,a single oral dose of 50 mg / kg Ginsenoside Rg3 was administered to rats. Determine the concentration of Ginsenoside Rg3 and its metabolites Ginsenoside Rh2 in each organization by HPLC,so as to calculate the distribution in the groups of rats. Result: After the oral administration of Ginsenoside Rg3,Ginsenoside Rg3 and Ginsenoside Rh2 can be detected in various organs of rats,the content of Ginsenoside Rh2 in the tissues was significantly lower than Ginsenoside Rg3 in addition to the liver. Conclusion: After the gastric gavage Ginsenoside Rg3,Ginsenoside Rg3 and Ginsenoside Rh2 both divided in each organizations of rats,and the liver and stomach is a major metabolic organs of Ginsenoside Rg3.
