白枳养胃汤对功能性消化不良大鼠血清和组织中MTL、GAS和VIP含量的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Baizhu Yangwei Soup on MTL、GAS and VIP in blood and tissue in functional dyspepsia rats

摘要 目的:观察白枳养胃汤对功能性消化不良大鼠的胃肠动力及血清和胃窦组织中胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)含量的影响。方法:饮食不规律加饮用酸化水法复制功能性消化不良大鼠模型,按体重随机分组,给药3周后,采用标记法、称重法检测各组大鼠胃排空和肠推进比率,按ELISA试剂盒方法,酶标仪检测各组大鼠血清和组织中MTL、GAS和VIP含量。结果:白枳养胃汤于3g/kg具有促进肠推进的作用,于6g/kg具有促进胃排空的作用;白枳养胃汤于3g/kg可上调血清中MTL含量,于6g/kg可上调血清中GAS含量,于12g/kg可下调血清中VIP含量;白枳养胃汤于6g/kg可上调胃窦组织中MTL含量,于12g/kg可上调胃窦组织中GAS含量。结论:白枳养胃汤对功能性消化不良的机制可能与改善血清和组织中MTL、GAS和VIP含量有关。 Objective: To investigate the effects of Baizhu Yangwei Soup on MTL,GAS and VIP in blood and antrum tissue in functional dyspepsia rats. Methods: The functional dyspepsia model in rats was duplicated by improper diet and drinking vinegar,the model rats were randomly divided into groups by weight,after 3 weeks of medication in each group of rats,the gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion were researched by weighting method and labelling method. The level of MTL,GAS and VIP in blood and tissue in rats were tested by ELISA. Results: Baizhu Yangwei Soup could promote intestinal propulsion and gastric emptying from the dose 3g / kg and dose 6g / kg; Baizhu Yangwei Soup could increase the level of MTL and GAS in blood from the dose 3g / kg and 6g / kg,Baizhu Yangwei Soup could decrease the level of VIP from the dose 12 g / kg; Baizhu Yangwei Soup could increase the level of MTL and GAS in antrum tissue from the dose 6g / kg and 12 g / kg.Conclusions: Baizhu Yangwei Soup has the therapeutical effects on functional dyspepsia rats,and its mechanism may be related to improve the level of MTL,GAS and VIP in blood and tissue.
