解郁安神定志汤合用帕罗西汀治疗心理抑郁症的临床效果

Study on the the clinical effects of mental depression by Jieyu Anshen Dingzhi combine with paroxetine

目的:探讨解郁安神定志汤合用帕罗西汀治疗心理抑郁症的临床效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将98例抑郁症患者均分为实验组和对照组,分别给予解郁安神定志汤合用帕罗西汀治疗和单纯帕罗西汀治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗后汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和中医证候积分均明显下降,水平均明显升高,与同组治疗前比较,有显著差异;实验组患者治疗后HAMA评分、HAMD评分和中医证候积分均明显低于对照组,脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平明显高于对照组;两组患者治疗后IL-6、IL-1β水平明显下降,与同组治疗前比较,有显著差异;实验组患者治疗后IL-6、IL-1β水平明显低于对照组。实验组患者治疗后临床总有效率明显高于对照组,有显著差异;实验组患者治疗期间口干、便秘、恶心、头晕、震颤发生率均明显低于对照组。结论:解郁安神定志汤合用帕罗西汀能够有效改善心理抑郁症患者焦虑抑郁状态和临床症状,提高BDNF水平,改善IL-6、IL-1β水平,不良反应少,临床疗效显著。

Objective： To explore the clinical effects of mental depression by Jieyu Anshen Dingzhi combine with paroxetine. Methods： 98 cases of patients with mental depression were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,the experiment group were treated by Jieyu Anshen Dingzhi combine with paroxetine,the control group were treated by paroxetine. The clinical effects were compared for the two groups.Results： The scores of HAMA,HAMD,TCM syndrome for the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）; The levels of BDNF for the two groups after treatment were higher than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）; The scores of HAMA,HAMD,TCM syndrome for the experiment group after treatment were lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; The levels of BDNF for the experiment group after treatment were higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; The levels of IL-6,IL-1β after treatment for the two groups were lower than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）; The levels of IL-6,IL-1β after treatment for the experiment group were lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）;The total effective rate and TCM syndrome total effective rate for the experiment group were higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; The rate of dry mouth,constipation,nausea,swirl,tremor for the experiment group were lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：It can improve the anxiety and depression and clinical symptoms for the patients with depressive disorder by Jieyu Anshen Dingzhi,it can increase the levels of BDNF,improve the levels of IL-6、IL-1β,with less adverse reaction.
