摘要
目的研究可乐对小鼠精子畸形及睾丸酶水平的变化,探讨可乐对雄性小鼠生殖系统的损伤作用。方法选择雄性小鼠60只,随机分为5组,给药组小鼠分别以2倍、4倍、8倍浓缩可乐按20 m L/(kg·d)剂量灌胃35 d;阴性对照组给予等剂量生理盐水处理;阳性对照给予等剂量的环磷酰胺灌胃9 d。脱颈臼法处死小鼠,观察精子畸形率,比色法测定睾丸中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性。结果给药组精子畸形率均显著高于阴性对照组(P<0.05),高浓度可乐组LDH与ALP活性显著低于阴性对照组(P<0.05),精子畸形率与LDH及ALP活性显著负相关(r=-0.947;-0.845,P<0.05)。结论可乐对小鼠精子畸形有一定的影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of cola on sperm abnormality and testicular enzyme levels and discov-er the damage of cola on male reproductive system. Methods 60 male mice were randomly divided into 5 groups. The mice in dministration group were gavaged with 2 times,4 times and 8 times cola by 20 mL/( kg ·d) dose for 35 days,negative control group was gavaged with 20 mL/( kg&#183;d) saline for 35 days,positive control group was given 20 mL/( kg&#183;d) cyclophosphamide orally for 9 days. The mice were sacrificed by cervical mortar method, sperm speci-mens were used to observe abnormal sperms, testicular lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ) and alkaline phosphatase ( ALP) activities were measured by colorimetry. Results Sperm malformation rate of the administration groups were significantly higher than the negative control group (P〈0. 05),LDH and ALP activities in high concentration group were significantly lower than those in negative control group (P〈0. 05). Sperm malformation rate and LDH, ALP ac-tivities were significantly negative correlation (r= -0. 947;-0. 845,P〈0. 05). Conclusion Cola has some influ-ence on the formation of sperm abnormality.
