维生素B_(12)联合地塞米松迎香穴注射治疗慢性鼻炎的效果观察

Clinical efficacy of Yingxiang point injection with vitamin B_(12) and dexamethasone in chronic rhinitis

目的观察维生素B12联合地塞米松迎香穴注射治疗慢性鼻炎的疗效。方法 100例慢性鼻炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组采用维生素B12+地塞米松迎香穴注射治疗,对照组采用相同药物进行鼻丘注射治疗。比较两组的疗效和治疗后喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒症状评分。结果治疗1、3个月时,观察组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),各项临床症状评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论迎香穴注射能提高慢性鼻炎疗效,改善患者临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yingxiang point injection with vitamin B12 and dexamethasone in chronic rhinitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic rhinitis were randomly divided into observation and control groups. The observation group received the Yingxiang point injection with vitamin B12 and dexamethasone, while the control group accepted the agger nasi injection with the same drugs. The curative effects and symptom scores of sneeze, rhinorrhoea, rhinobyon and rhinocnesmus were compared between 2 groups. Results Compared with control group, the effective rate was higher（P〈0.05） but symptom scores were lower（P〈0.01） in observation group after 1- and 3-month therapy. Conclusion Yingxiang point injection can improve the therapeutic effect and clinical symptoms in patients with chronic rhinitis.
