地塞米松对输卵管堵塞再通术的疗效观察

Effect of dexamethasone on fallopian tube recanalization

目的观察地塞米松对输卵管堵塞性不孕患者妊娠结局的影响。方法 86例输卵管堵塞性不孕患者随机分为观察组和对照组,均行腹腔镜下输卵管再通+盆腔粘连松解术+输卵管通液术。观察组予生理盐水20 m L+地塞米松10mg输卵管通液。观察两组患者术后1个月输卵管通畅率及术后18个月自然妊娠率。结果观察组和对照组输卵管通畅率分别为81.0%、61.4%,宫内妊娠率分别为70.6%、44.4%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下输卵管再通术联用地塞米松治疗可提高输卵管堵塞性不孕患者术后自然妊娠率。

Objective To observe the effect of dexamethasone on the pregnancy outcomes in infertility patients caused by fallopian tube obstruction（FTO）. Methods Eighty-six infertile patients due to FTO were randomized to observation and control groups. All patients underwent laparoscopic tubal recanalization, pelvic adhesiolysis, and hydrotubation. The observation group were additionally treated with 10 mg of dexamethasone in 20 ml of normal saline. The 1-month tubal patent rate and 18- month spontaneous pregnant rate were compared between 2 groups. Results The tubal patent and spontaneous pregnant rates were higher in observation group than those in control group（81.0% vs 61.4%, P〈0.05; 70.6% vs 44.4%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic tubal recanalization plus dexamethasone can improve the spontaneous pregnant rate in infertility patients due to FT0.
