2型糖尿病患者血液指标与糖尿病足相关性的分析

Correlation between blood parameters and diabetic foot in type 2 diabetic patients

目的分析型糖尿病患者血液指标与糖尿病足相关性。方法2 167例2型糖尿病患者分为糖尿病足组(59例)和非糖尿病足组(108例),检测空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、同型半胱氨酸、肌酐、总胆红素、超敏C反应蛋白、一氧化氮、内皮素、TNF-α、尿酸、白蛋白、纤维蛋白原,采用Logistic回归分析这些指标与糖尿病足的相关性。结果糖化血红蛋白、同型半胱氨酸、总胆红素、超敏C反应蛋白、一氧化氮、内皮素与糖尿病足有关,其中总胆红素和一氧化氮为糖尿病足保护因素。结论 2型糖尿病患者部分血液指标可预测糖尿病足风险。

Objective To analyze the correlation between blood parameters and diabetic foot in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods A total of 167 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into diabetic foot group（n=59） and non-diabetic foot group（n=108）. Levels of fasting blood glucose, Hb A1 c, total cholesterol, triglyceride, homocysteine, creatinine, total bilirubin（TBi L）, hs-CRP, nitric oxide（NO）, endothelin, TNF-α, uric acid, albumin, and fibrinogen were determined. The correlation between these parameters and diabetic foot was analyzed by logistic regression. Results Hb A1 c, homocysteine, TBi L, hs-CRP, NO, and endothelin were associated with diabetic foot, of which TBi L and NO were the protection factors. Conclusion Partial blood parameters can predict the risk of diabetic foot in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
