摘要 目的观察改良血液成分制备技术可否降低常见输血不良反应的发生率。方法收集东莞市4家三甲医院输血资料,比较采用传统与改良血液成分制备技术后输血不良反应发生率差异。结果改良血液成分制备技术后成分输血和血浆输注不良反应发生率明显低于传统血液成分制备技术(0.15%vs 0.26%,P<0.01;0.15%vs 0.79%,P<0.01)。输血不良反应以过敏反应为主,其次为非溶血性发热反应。结论改良血液成分制备技术可明显提高血液质量,降低输血不良反应发生率。 Objective To observe the effect of modified blood component preparation on adverse transfusion reactions. Methods Clinical data of blood transfusion were collected in 4 top three hospitals in Dongguan city. The incidence of adverse transfusion reactions was compared between conventional and modified blood component preparations. Results The incidences of adverse reactions for blood component and plasma transfusion were lower in the modified preparations than those in the conventional preparations(0.15% vs 0.26%, P〈0.01; 0.15% vs 0.79%, P〈0.01). The adverse transfusion reactions included mainly anaphylaxis, followed by nonhemolytic febrile reaction. Conclusion The modified blood component preparations can improve the blood quality and reduce the incidence of adverse transfusion reactions.
