摘要
目的观察糖尿病肾病(DN)患者由肾功能不全进展为尿毒症过程中调节性T(Treg)细胞变化及其与尿酸关系。方法 33例糖尿病肾病患者分别在首诊肾功能不全期及首次确诊尿毒症时检测其外周血Treg细胞、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、白介素10(IL-10)、肌酐、尿素氮和尿酸含量,并分析其相关性。结果初诊尿毒症期患者Treg细胞、TGF-β1及IL-10水平均明显低于肾功能不全期,而肌酐、尿素氮及尿酸水平则显著高于肾功能不全期(P<0.01)。Treg细胞、TGF-β1、IL-10与尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸水平呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论 Treg细胞减少及尿酸升高可能有助于判断糖尿病肾病患者肾功能恶化。
Objective To observe the relationship between regulatory T(Treg) cells and uric acid during uremic progress in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods Levels of Treg cells, TGF-β1, IL-10, creatinine, blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and uric acid(UA) in 33 DN cases were determined in renal insufficiency and uremic stages, followed by correlation analysis. Results Compared with the renal insufficiency stage, levels of Treg cells, TGF-β1 and IL-10 were decreased but contents of creatinine, BUN and UA were increased in the uremic stage(P〈0.01). Levels of Treg cells, TGF-β1 and IL-10 were negatively correlated with those of BUN, creatinine and UA(P〈0.01). Conclusion The reduction of Treg cells and elevation of UA might be helpful for evaluating the deterioration of renal function in DN patients.
