胃复春和维A酸对胃癌前病变患者的治疗作用及其对p53、C-erbB-2水平的影响

The effect of Weifuchun and tretinoin in the treatment of the patients with gastric precancerous lesions and on p53, C-erb B-2 level

目的了解胃复春和维A酸对胃癌前病变患者的治疗作用及其对p53、C-erb B-2水平的影响。方法选取我院2012年1月至2014年12月收治的胃癌前病变患者85例,随机分为观察组(44例)和对照组(41例)。两组均给予铝碳酸镁片和奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗,观察组在此基础上加服胃复春片和维A酸片。观察两组患者临床治疗效果及p53和C-erb B-2表达强度的变化。结果观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(Hc=4.115,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者p53和C-er Bb-2的表达强度明显降低(Hc=5.012和6.600,均P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较差异亦有统计学意义(Hc=4.026和4.058,均P<0.05)。结论胃复春联合维A酸治疗胃癌前病变,可以明显提高治疗效果,且胃复春和维A酸具有减少抑癌基因p53突变、下调C-er Bb-2基因表达强度的作用。

Objective To investigate effect of Weifuchun and tretinoin in the treatment of the patients with gastric precancerous lesions and on p53, C-erb B-2 level. Methods 85 cases with gastric precancerous lesions admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were selected, and randomly divided into Observation Group（44 cases） and Control Group（41 cases）. Both groups were given hydrotalcite tablets and omeprazole enteric-coated tablets, based on which Observation Group was further given Weifuchunpian and tretinoin tablets. The clinical curative effect and the change of expressional intensity of p53 and C-erb B-2 in both groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of Observation Group was 88.36%, and that of Control Group was 65.85%. Observation Group was significantly superior to Control Group in terms of clinical curative effect（Hc=4.115, P〈0.05）. After treatment, the expressional intensity of p53 and C-erb B-2 in Observation Group was significantly reduced（Hc=5.012 and 6.600, P〈0.05 for all）, and there was also statistical difference compared with Control Group after treatment（Hc=4.026 and 4.058, P〈0.05 for all）. Conclusion The combination of Weifuchun and tretinoin can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of gastric precancerous lesions, and also have the effect to reduce the mutation of anti-oncogene p53, and down-regulate gene expression intensity of C-er Bb-2.
