摘要
目的探讨H型高血压患者血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)及高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)4种炎性因子联合检测的临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)和生化分析仪测定107例H型高血压患者、78例非H型高血压患者及35例健康对照者血清IL-6、IL-8、MCP-1、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及hs-CRP水平,并分析H型高血压患者Hcy与IL-6、IL-8、MCP-1及hs-CRP之间的相关性。结果 H型高血压患者血清Hcy、IL-6、IL-8、MCP-1及hs-CRP各项指标的水平与非H型高血压患者及对照组比较均显著升高(P<0.01),而非H型高血压患者各项指标的血清水平与对照组比较也明显升高(P<0.01);同时H型高血压患者的Hcy与IL-6、IL-8、MCP-1及hs-CRP呈正相关(r分别为0.423、0.654、0.738、0.430,P<0.01)。结论 IL-6、IL-8、MCP-1及hs-CRP 4项指标的水平在H型高血压患者中显著高于非H型高血压患者,且Hcy与IL-6、IL-8、MCP-1及hs-CRP均呈正相关,它们在动脉粥样硬化的发生发展过程可能起相互促进的作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of combined detection of serum interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-8(IL-8), monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1) and high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with Htype hypertension. Methods The levels of serum IL-6, IL-8, MCP-1, homocysteine(Hcy) and hs-CRP in 107 cases with H-type hypertension and 78 cases with non-H type hypertension and 35 cases of healthy controls were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and biochemical analyzer. The relevance between Hcy and IL-6, IL-8, MCP-1 and hs-CRP in patients with H-type hypertension was analyzed. Results The levels of serum Hcy, IL-6, IL-8, MCP-1 and hs-CRP in patients with H-type hypertension were significantly higher than those in patients with non H-type hypertension and healthy controls(P〈0.01), while the serum level of the indicators in patients with non H-type hypertension were also significantly higher than those in healthy controls(P〈0.01); The levels of serum IL-6, IL-8, MCP-1 and hs-CRP in patients with H-type hypertension were positively correlated to serum Hcy level(r was 0.423, 0.654, 0.738, 0.430, respectively, P〈0.01). Conclusion The levels of serum IL-6, IL-8, MCP-1 and hs-CRP in patients with H-type hypertension were significantly higher than those in patients with non H-type hypertension. And Hcy was positively correlated with IL-6, IL-8, MCP-1 and hs-CRP. They may play a role of mutual promotion during the incidence and development of atherosclerosis.
