摘要
目的了解腔内手术治疗髂静脉受压综合征的疗效。方法对49例髂静脉受压综合征患者进行经股静脉入路行髂静脉腔内手术治疗,其中4例行单纯球囊扩张术,45例行球囊扩张＋支架植入术。结果 49例门诊随访6∽36个月。1例支架内形成血栓,48例下肢色素沉着、肿胀等症状明显改善。结论血管腔内介入治疗髂静脉受压综合征是一种安全、有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of endovascular management in iliac vein compression syndrome（IVCS）. Methods Forty-nine cases of IVCS underwent endovascular treatment of iliac vein, of whom 4 and 45 cases were treated with balloon dilation and balloon dilatation plus stent implantation, respectively. Results All patients were followed up for 6-36 months. Stent thrombosis occurred in 1 case, while pigmentation and swelling of the lower limbs were remarkably improved in 48 cases. Conclusion The endovascular interventional procedure is safe and effective for IVCS.
