射干麻黄汤联合黄芪粉辅助治疗支气管哮喘34例临床观察

Clinical observation of adjuvant therapy of bronchial asthma with a combination of Shegan Mahuang and astragalus powder

目的观察射干麻黄汤联合黄芪粉辅助治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法 68例支气管哮喘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例,两组均给予低流量吸氧、祛痰及抗炎等治疗,观察组在此基础上加用射干麻黄汤联合黄芪粉。比较两组临床疗效和咳嗽、咳痰、喘息等主要症状积分。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(97.1%vs73.5%,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的咳嗽、咳痰、喘息症状积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论射干麻黄汤联合黄芪粉佐治支气管哮喘有助于改善患者临床症状,提高疗效,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of a combination of Shegan Mahuang and astragalus powder on bronchial asthma. Methods 68 cases with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into Observation Group and Control Group, 34 cases in each group. Both groups were given low flow oxygen inhalation, phlegm elimination and anti-inflammation, based on which Observation Group was further administered with a combination of Shegan Mahuang and astragalus powder. The clinical curative effect and scores of main symptoms including cough, expectoration and pant of both groups were compared. ResultsObservation Group was significantly higher than Control Group in terms of total effective rate（97.1% vs 73.5%, P〈0.05）; after treatment, Observation Group had a significantly lower score of the symptoms including cough, expectoration and pant than Control Group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Adjuvant therapy of bronchial asthma with a combination of Shegan Mahuang and astragalus powder is helpful to improve clinical symptoms of the patients and improve curative effect, which is worth clinical application.
