改良皮下免疫治疗尘螨过敏变应性鼻炎96例临床观察

Modified subcutaneous immunization for dust mite-induced allergic rhinitis: clinical efficacy of 96 cases

目的观察改良皮下治疗免疫尘螨过敏变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法 96例尘螨过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为改良组和对照组,分别给予改良皮下免疫治疗和常规免疫治疗,比较两组疗效、屋尘螨Ig G4水平、不良反应发生率。结果改良组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。改良组治疗6、14周时屋尘螨Ig G4水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),但52周时两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良皮下免疫治疗可明显提高尘螨过敏变应性鼻炎疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the modified subcutaneous immunization on dust mite-induced allergic rhinitis（AR）. Methods Ninety-six patients with dust mite-induced AR were randomly divided into observation and control groups, and then treated with modified subcutaneous and routine immunization, respectively. The curative effect, house dust mite specific Ig G4 level and adverse reactions were compared between 2 groups. Results The therapeutic effect was higher in observation group that that in control group（P〈0.01）. Compared with control group, house dust mite specific Ig G4 level was increased at 6-week and 14-week therapy（P〈0.01） but not at 52- week therapy（P〈0.05） in observation group. There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between both groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified subcutaneous immunization can improve the therapeutic effect on dust mite-induced AR.
