大樱桃流胶病的接种测定 被引量:5

摘要 对大樱桃枝干流胶病原菌进行分离,并对大樱桃树进行接种,病菌1号对‘红灯’‘佳红’两个品种的致病率均高于病菌2号,都达到90%以上;而病菌2号对两个品种的致病率为45.5%、40.3%。因此确定,病菌1号为大樱桃流胶病的致病菌。病菌2号,虽然文献记载会引起流胶、溃疡、枝枯等症状,但并不能说明就是流胶病的致病菌,有待进一步研究。 The branch river bacteria pathogen were isolated from cherry gum, and the cherry trees were inoc- ulated,bacteria 1 to'Red light ' and ' Good red'pathogenic rate are higher than bacteria 2,Have reached more than 90% ;the pathogenic rate of two species was 45.5% and 40.3% with bacteria 2.Therefore,the bacteria 1 is the pathogenic bacteria of the big cherry gum disease;Although the literature recorded the number of bac- teria 2 will cause flow gum,ulcers,branches and other symptoms,but it can not be explained that the pathogenic bacteria of the gum disease, still need to be further studied.
