摘要
对大樱桃枝干流胶病原菌进行分离,并对大樱桃树进行接种,病菌1号对‘红灯’‘佳红’两个品种的致病率均高于病菌2号,都达到90%以上;而病菌2号对两个品种的致病率为45.5%、40.3%。因此确定,病菌1号为大樱桃流胶病的致病菌。病菌2号,虽然文献记载会引起流胶、溃疡、枝枯等症状,但并不能说明就是流胶病的致病菌,有待进一步研究。
