摘要 以河北唐山引种的4个蓝莓品种‘喜来’‘杜克’‘北陆’‘北村’鲜果为研究对象,对鲜果的重量、大小、色泽等外观性状以及总糖、总酸、花青素、蛋白质及维生素C含量等内含物进行测定分析。结果表明,4个品种果型指数相近,在颜色和果肉色泽方面无明显差异。‘北陆’花青素含量最高,且口感酸甜,风味独特,营养丰富,优于其他品种,更适于在唐山地区推广种植。 The four introduced varieties of blueberry in Tangshan county of Hebei province were studied,in-cluding 'Sile' 'Duke' 'Northland'and'Northcountry'. In order to evaluate the nutrient qualities of these vari- eties of blueberry, the appearance qualities, including weight, size, color, the contents of total sugar, total acid, anthocyanin,protein,and vitamin C,were determined respectively. The results showed that the appearance qualities of these blueberry were similar.The fruit of Northland was featured by its high anthocyanin and nu- trition, and better than the other varieties, so it is more suitable for planting in Tangshan region.
