十八大报告提出的文化战略要求我们大力发展和繁荣包括少数民族文化在内的社会主义文化。新疆作为古丝绸之路的发祥地是多元文化荟萃之地,多民族、多宗教、多语言等因素使新疆的民族文化更具发展前景。以知识产权开发带动民族文化的保护,以创新民族文化促进经济发展,有利于新疆民族文化的繁荣发展和传承创新。

The cultural strategy proposed by the eighteen major reports requires us to develop and prosper the socialist culture, including the culture of the minority nationalities. Xinjiang as the birthplace of the ancient Silk Road is a multicultural place, many ethnic, multi religious, multi language and other factors make the development of Xinjiang＇s national culture more prospects. The protection of the national culture with the development of intellectual property rights,in order to promote the economic development of the national culture, is conducive to the prosperity and development of Xinjiang＇s national culture and heritage and innovation.
