生态文明视野下民族地区旅游发展路径选择

The Path of Tourism Development in Ethnic Minority Areas:Based on The Perspective of Ecological Civilization

我国旅游经济在区域经济发展中起着重要带动作用,尤其成为民族地区经济发展的重要途径。随着十八大提出生态文明概念以来,民族地区旅游经济模式面临生态化转型的压力。民族地区旅游经济快速发展带来的"非生态"问题也逐渐表现出来,根本上制约了民族地区旅游经济生态化转型的进程。因此,加快民族地区旅游经济的生态化转型具有迫切性和必要性;生态化转型是旅游经济发展方式的根本转变。民族地区旅游经济的生态化转型需要实现生态经济和谐发展为核心、制度设计为保障、生态经营为支撑,调动各方群体参与生态建设积极性,满足民族地区生态经济发展的需求,全面建设人、自然与经济和谐的民族地区旅游经济体。

For the importance of tourism industry in the regional economic development,tourism industry has become the vital methods of economic development in ethnic minority areas.Meanwhile,due to the development of fast urbanization,tourism economy in majority area is facing the pressure of ecological transformation. Some anti-ecological issues emerging during the rapid development of tourism economy limit the process of ecological transformation of tourism economy. Therefore,it is necessary to change the economy development of tourism industry in ethnic minority areas.
