摘要
双语课程教学是我国民族教育中最具特色的部分,而教师作为该课程的实施者,是提高其教学质量的关键因素。贵州民族地区民族文化类校本课程出现了多样化发展趋势,它也促使双语教师角色的转变,如从教学人才向教研人才转变;从课程实施者到开发者;做双语双文化人;从教育者到受教育者等。针对这种转变,从教师培训等方面探讨了双语教师角色重构的策略。
Bilingual teaching is the most unique part of the ethnic education in our country,and the teacher as the implementer of the course,is a key factor to improve the teaching quality. Diversified development trend of school-based curriculum in ethnic minority culture appears in Guizhou ethnic areas, it also prompts the transformation of bilingual teacher's roles,such as the shift from teaching to the teaching and research; From curriculum implementer to developers;Do the bilinguist and biculturist; From educators to the educates, etc. According to the shift, from the perspectives of teacher training,it probes into the strategies to reconstruct the bilingual teacher's role.
