大秦线3万t列车仿真计算与试验验证 被引量:4

摘要 为实现中国铁路重载运输技术再创新,同时为大秦线进一步增加运量进行技术储备,中国铁路总公司决定在大秦线组织进行3万t组合列车试验,对大秦线(含北同蒲线)在既有设备条件下首次采用Locotrol同步操纵系统开行3万t重载组合列车的牵引方式、安全性、运行品质、可行性等方面进行探索性试验研究。试验并开行3万t列车是一项庞大的系统工程,涉及机车车辆、通信信号、工务工程、牵引供电、运输组织等多方面内容,中国铁路总公司按照循序渐进、积极稳妥的推进原则,首先进行了不同编组方案3万t列车的仿真计算,并结合以往2万t列车试验和开行的成功经验,优选出了3万t列车试验编组,然后对优选的编组依次进行了静置试验和线路运行试验,最终于2014年4月2日成功进行了3万t列车运行试验[1]。 In order to realize the technology re-innovation of China Heavy-haul transportation and provide technical reserves in the light of increasing the carrying capacity,China Railways Corporation determined to organize the test of 30 thousand ton heavy haul locomotives in Datong-Qinhuangdao line,which applied Locotrol synchronous operation system for the first time under the existing device condition to do the exploratory test research in the mode of traction,safety performance,quality of operation and feasibility at 30 thousand ton heavy haul locomotives.Testing and driving the train of 30 thousand ton was big system engineering,which referred to locomotives and trains,communication signals,public works projects,traction power supply system and transportation organization and other technology content.China Railways Corporation organized this test step by step and took active and steady steps.Firstly,the simulation calculation was applied in heavy haul locomotives with different marshalling to confirm and select 30 thousand ton groups on the basis of20 thousand ton locomotives experience.In the second place,static test and running test carried out on account of optimized groups.Finally,at April 4th of 2014,the running test of 30 thousand ton locomotives was completed.
