阻尼耦合轮对动力学性能及最佳耦合度研究 被引量:2

摘要 阻尼耦合轮对是一种较新型的轮轨导向系统,现建立阻尼耦合轮对车辆的动力学模型,系统地分析了耦合阻尼对其直线稳定性和曲线上轮轨横向力的影响,并得出了轮对最佳耦合阻尼取值范围。研究发现,选择适当的耦合度时,阻尼耦合轮对的应用能够克服转向架临界速度的提高和曲线通过性能的提升之间的矛盾,使二者同时得到改善。 Damper coupled wheelset is a relatively new type of wheel-rail guiding system.In this paper,the dynamic calculating model of a vehicle with damper coupled wheelset is established,the influence of coupling damper on its straight line stability and wheel-rail lateral force is systematically analyzed,and the best range of coupling factor is calculated as well.It is found that when choosing reasonable coupling factor,the contradiction between critical speed improvement and curving performance enhancement of one bogie can be overcome and both improved due to the applications of damper coupled wheelset.
