摘要
通过优化结构设计,选用蠕墨铸铁及复合材料,研制出适用于广州地铁3号线车辆的制动盘和闸片。经过台架试验、装车试验及运营验证,国产制动盘和闸片制动摩擦性能满足120km/h地铁车辆运用要求。
By Structure design optimization and using vermicular cast iron,home-made train brake disc and pad of Guangzhou metro line3 are developed.Through test and verification,the brake friction performance of home-made brake disc and pad fully meet the requirement of 120km/h metro vehicles.
