摘要
在跨坐式单轨车辆运用过程中,车辆运营考虑很多重要影响因素,比如安全可靠性、零部件使用寿命、舒适度等,其中车辆运营的经济性指标也是重点考虑的因素。前期重庆2号线延长线使用国产闸片存在磨耗过快的问题,闸片使用寿命为9万km,这不仅增加运营成本,同时还增加了维修和人力成本。针对进口闸片和国产闸片进行磨耗分析,利用11制动动力试验和运营制动曲线综合分析,发现国产闸片和国产电制动性能略差,是影响闸片寿命的主要原因。建议改善车辆电制动状况,提升闸片自身性能,降低车辆运营成本。
During the monorail vehicle application process,the vehicle operation should consider a number of important factors,such as security and reliability,component life,comfort,etc.,in which the vehicle operator is also a key indicator of economic considerations.Pre Chongqing Line 2extension cord use of domestic excessive brake pad wear problems exist,brake pad life of 90,000 km,which not only increases operational costs,but also increased the maintenance and labor costs.Performed for import and domestic brake pads brake pad wear analysis using a 1:1brake dynamic test and operate the brake curve comprehensive analysis,found that domestic electric brake pad and brake slightly worse performance,mainly due to the impact of the brake pad life.It's recommended to improve vehicle electric braking conditions and brake pad performances,and to reduce vehicle operating costs.
