货车轮对磨耗分布与运行安全性的关系

Relationship of Freight Vehicle Wheel-set Abrasion Distribution and Operational Safety

通过对TPDS系统监测的运行安全性不良货车轮对数据及其磨耗情况研究,以及与定检到期货车的轮对数据对比,分析了在异常情况下货车轮对磨耗分布规律与运行安全性的关系。依据分析结论,从轮对磨耗的角度给出了防范和处置货车运行安全性下降风险的方法。

Analyzing the data and abrasion condition of the unsafely running freight vehicle wheel-set from TPDS monitoring system,comparing with the wheel-set data of regularly checked freight vehicles,the relationship between freight vehicle wheel-set abrasion distribution and running safety is analyzed.From the conclusions,the method to avoid the running risk of the freight vehicle is proposed based on wheel-set abrasion condition.
