摘要
针对目前常用的水土资源匹配模型不能较好地反映四川省水土资源、农业产值分布不一致的情况,本文依据《2011年四川省水资源公报》及《四川省统计年鉴2012》中2011年四川省21个市、州水资源量、耕地面积与农业产值数据,建立了基于DEA的水土资源匹配模型,对四川省水土资源匹配状况进行分析。结果表明,基于DEA的水土资源匹配模型能较好地反映区域水土资源匹配程度与农业产值的关系,2011年四川省东部区域水土资源匹配优于西部区域,成都、自贡、遂宁、内江为四川省内水土资源匹配程度最优的4市,其他17市、州应分别从技术、规模两方面进行优化。
As the present commonly used water and soil resources matching model can't reflect well the inconsistent distribution of wa‐ter and soil resources and output value of farming in Sichuan Province ,this paper established a DEA model for water and soil re‐sources matching to analyze the water and soil resources matching of Sichuan Province ,according to the water resources quantity , agricultural acreage and output value of farming of 21 cities of Sichuan Province in 2011 ,which were from Sichuan Water Resources Bulletin(2011)and Sichuan Statistical Yearbook (2012) .The results show that the water and soil resources matching model based on DEA can reflect well the relationship between regional water and soil resources matching degree and output value of farming ,and the matching of the eastern Sichuan is better than that of the western Sichuan .Chengdu ,Zigong ,Suining and Neijiang are the optimal cities of Sichuan Province in 2011 ,while the other 17 cities should be optimized by technology or scale .
