高关水库汛限水位动态控制方法应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 水库汛限水位动态控制是汛期提高洪水资源利用率的重要途径,本文结合高关水库实际情况,对其开展汛限水位动态控制方法的分析与运用,引入了降雨及洪水预报支撑下的预蓄预泄法、预泄回充法和洪水预报调度法,并对其进行了风险分析。选取了2007年的一场洪水为例进行调度,且与原常规调度方式比较。结果表明:预蓄预泄法、预泄回充法和洪水预报调度法均能较好地运用于高关水库的实际调度过程中,在满足设计防洪标准要求的前提下,合理将这3种方法结合,不仅能适当提高汛限水位增加效益,而且能更有效地拦蓄洪水尾部,将汛限水位保持在理想位置。 Dynamic flood control limited water level is an important way to improve flood resource utilization .In this paper ,the pre-storage & pre-discharge method ,pre-vent recharge method and flood forecasting scheduling method based on the forecast system of rainfall and flood are introduced and applied in the dynamic flood control limited water level of Gaoguan Reservoir considering the ac‐tual situation of the reservoir .Then the typical flood in 2007 is selected as an example on reservoir operation and compared with the conventional operation .The results indicate that limited water level can be increased and kept at an ideal position to store more water and the flood tail can be effectively impounded by reasonably applying and combining these three methods while the designed flood control standards are satisfied under the premise .
