摘要
为量化小水电代燃料项目对项目区的生态、资源开发、社会与经济所带来的综合效益,本文采用中间量映射的数据整合方法,整合生态、能源、经济、社会4个类别共23个异构指标数据,并依据AHP(层次分析评价)分配权重、得出综合评估结果;基于该评估方法,实现C/S架构的四层服务结构评估系统,该系统依据不同账户角色赋予不同模块权限,为评估指标数据提供统一标准的数据接口,并可自动生成分类评估报表,统计小水电项目对项目区各方面的贡献,该统计结果可作为小水电项目对项目区综合影响的量化参考。
To quantify the comprehensive benefits that the small hydro‐power ecological protection project has constructed for the re‐gion's ecologic ,resource utilization ,society and economy ,this paper proposed an assessment method based on data integration and analytic hierarchy process ,the proposed method integrates 23 heterogeneous indicators'data in 4 categories of ecologic ,energy devel‐opment ,economy and society .The indicators'weight and the final results are calculated by AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) .Then a C/S architecture software system containing 4 grade of services is implemented based on the proposed method ,which provides a u‐nified data interface and assessment's report as the comprehensive benefits'quantification reference in the project's region brought by the small hydro‐power ecological protection project .
