摘要 "学—导—研",是将"学习"、"引导"、"研究探讨"有机统一的课堂教学新模式,在实际运用中,通过改座次、改教室、改备课方式、改教学流程、改评价标准,使学生的学习方式、教师的教学方式和评价体系出现了新的变化。这种改革有利于培养学生良好的学习习惯,同时促进了教师业务素质的提升,提高了课堂教学的效率。虽然在实际教学中可能会出现课堂教学时间失调、抑制优等生的个性发展等现象,但利大于弊,值得在实际教学中推广使用。 As a new method,‘Learning-Guidance-Investigation Discussion'organically unites learning,guidance and investigation and discussion in classroom teaching,which brings new diversification in students' learning methods,teachers' teaching methods and evaluation system via adjusting seats,classroom,preparation methods,teaching system and evaluation standard in practical application. This revolution is good at developing learning habit for students,improving professional quality for teachers,improving teaching efficiency in class. Although it may result in imbalance in teaching time and restraining personality development of top students,etc. in practical teaching,the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages,which is meaningful to popularize and use in practical teaching.
