三甲医院本科实习医生传染病健康素养调查

A survey on the infectious diseases literacy of undergraduate interns of grade 3 & level A hospitals

目的了解三甲医院本科实习医生的传染病健康素养水平,为开展有针对性的健康教育提供依据。方法抽取杭州市3家省级、3家市级三甲医院的本科实习医生338名进行调查,了解其传染病健康素养。结果实习医生的传染病健康素养具有率为13.3%;传染病知识性素养、行为性素养和技能性素养的具有率分别为61.5%、85.5%和27.2%;不同性别、专业、实习时间的实习医生传染病健康素养、知识性素养、行为性素养和技能性素养的具备率显著不同(P<0.05)。结论三甲医院本科实习医生的传染病健康素养水平较低,应将技能性素养和男性医学生的传染病预防行为干预作为工作重点。

Objective To understand the infectious diseases literacy of the undergraduate interns of grade 3 level A hospitals in Hangzhou so as to obtain scientific knowledge for future health education. Method The undergraduate interns of three provincial grade 3 level A hospitals and three municipal grade 3 level A hospitals in Hangzhou were asked to answer the questionnaire designated for the survey. Findings The rate of the interns possessing the literacy of infectious diseases was 13. 3 percent. The rate of possession of knowledge of infectious diseases,the rate of possession of behavioral literacy,and the rate of possession of skills for dealing with infectious diseases was 61. 5 percent,85. 5 percent and 27. 2percent respectively. Difference in gender,discipline,and length of internship engendered difference in the above rates（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The level of literacy of infectious diseases of the undergraduate interns from grade 3 level A hospitals in Hangzhou is low. The focus of training for the interns should be laid on practical skills and knowledge of infectious disease prevention and on male students.
