高校体育教师心理契约特征分析与管理对策

Analysis of Psychological Contract Characteristics of College P.E.Teachers and Management Strategies

采用文献调查法,问卷调查法,数理统计法对湖南省506名高校体育教师进行了调查,对不同人口学特征的高校体育教师心理契约特征进行了分析。结果表明:在高校体育教师心理契约教师责任方面,结婚与否和不同职称方面的高校体育教师存在着显著性差异,在学校责任方面,不同性别与不同职称高校体育教师存在显著差异,并针对不同心理契约的高校体育教师提高了管理对策。

Analysis of the different psychological contract features of demographic characteristics from 506 college Analysis of P.E. teachers in Hunan is carried by literature survey, questionnaire and mathematical statistics ways. The results show that： there are significant differences with teaching responsibilities in marital status and title status; there are significant differences with school responsibilities in gender and titles in universities. Suggestions are given for P.E. teachers＇ psychological contract management strategies.
