随着国家经济发展方式转变和产业升级优化,高职院校面临着不断提高质量、强化特色、提升行业服务能力为主要特征的新型发展阶段的挑战,高职院教师综合素质、职业能力提高的要求迫在眉睫。高职院校应在以人为本理念指导下,通过政府、学校、企业的外部塑造与教师自我内在发展等多种途径相结合,加速教师主体意识的提升、综合素质的提高与职业能力的发展。

It is imminent to improve the higher vocational college teachers＇ comprehensive quality and professional ability. Under the guidance of humanism, higher vocational colleges should accelerate the improvement of the subjective consciousness, improve the overall quality and the development of the vocational ability through a variety of ways of the government, school and enterprise external shape and teachers＇ inner self development.
