新常态下领导干部如何做到“讲规矩”

领导干部讲规矩是以习近平同志为总书记新一届党中央全面从严治党、全面依法治国的必然要求,是完成党的新任务、实现人民群众新期待的现实需要。新常态下各级领导干部要做讲规矩的模范,即遵守党章总规矩的模范;遵守政治规矩的模范;遵守制度规矩的模范;遵守为官做人做事规矩的模范。

＂Following the rules＂ is the requirement for the leaders and cadres of the Party in the normality of strict control of the Party and ruling by law principles. The leaders and cadres should behave as the models for the others, following the rules of the Party constitution. They should also be the models of following political rules and hierarchy rules, as well as being the model of a＇good man.
