中国共产党第十三次全国代表大会是党的历史上一次十分重要的会议。大会不仅总结了改革开放9年来的经验,还提出了奠定改革开放顺利进行的理论和路线,从而作为改革、开放、民主、团结的大会被永载史册。作为党的第二代领导核心和改革开放总设计师的邓小平,为十三大的筹备、顺利召开和坚持捍卫中国特色社会主义作出了不可磨灭的贡献。

The 13th Party Congress of CPC is an important meeting in the history of the Party. In this meeting , the suggestions of the past 9 years＇reform and opening - up were concluded and the theories and lines which worked as the foundation and guide line were also put forward. This meeting, for its reforming, o- pening -up, democracy and unity plays a significant role in the history of the Party. Deng Xiaoping, as the core leader of the second generation of the Party and the general designer of the reforming and opening - up policy, spared no efforts to make a great contribution to the preparation and organization of the 13th Party Con- gress of CPC and defending the socialism with Chinese Characters firmly.
