老年患者手术期高频电刀使用障碍的原因分析与护理

Cause analysis and nursing of high frequency electric knife used in elderly patients

目的:分析老年患者手术期高频电刀使用故障的原因,探讨有效的干预措施。方法:通过对>65岁老年患者手术期使用高频电刀发生障碍的情况进行分析,采取预防性护理干预措施。结果:采取预防性护理干预措施前后,手术期使用高频电刀,故障发生率由4.97%下降到0.29%,手术均顺利完成。结论:手术护士全面系统地评估老年患者全身和局部皮肤情况,手术前期予以针对性的皮肤护理干预,掌握负极板黏贴技巧,可有效避免手术期老年患者高频电刀的使用障碍。

Objective：To analyze the reasons for surgery in elderly patients use of high - frequency electric knife failure,and discuss the effective interven-tions. Methods：Through the case for more than 65 years of use in elderly patients undergoing high - frequency electric knife disorders were analyzed,targeted nursing interventions were carried out. Results：The preventive care interventions,perioperative use of high - frequency electric knife,a failure rate of 4. 97 percent down to 0. 29 percent,the operations were successfully completed. Conclusion：Nurses assessed comprehensively the physical condition of the elderly patients and their skin,targeted care intervention were taken and skills of the negative plate adhesive were mastered,which can effectively improve the use of electric knife for the elderly patients in surgery.
