摘要
目的:探讨护士分层次规范化培训在骨科病区中的应用效果。方法:对30名骨科病区护士进行分层次规范化培训,按不同层次量化培训要求,在护理工作质量(包括护理理论考核、操作技能考核、综合素质考核)和满意度(病人满意度、医师对护理工作满意度)方面建立评价体系。比较培训实施1年前后各指标得分及教学科研成果,评价培训效果。结果:培训后护理工作质量各项指标均高于培训前(P<0.05),教学科研成果增加。病人和医师对护理工作满意度均高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论:通过分层次规范化培训,可有效提高骨科病区护理人员综合素质,提高护理服务质量。
Objective : To determine the practical experience of tiered standardized training in the department of orthopaedics ward. Methods : Conduct tiered standardized training for 30 nurses in department of orthopaedics, quantify training requirements according to the different levels, establish evulation systems in nursing quality ( including the assessments of theory, technology and comprehensive quality) and satisfactions with nursing work from patients as well as physicians. The training effects were evaluated by comparing all of the scores as well as teaching and research achievements before and after the one - year training. Results : After the training quality of care indicators were higher than pre - employment training ( P 〈 0.05 ), increased teaching and scientific re- search. Patients and physicians to nursing job satisfaction were higher than before the training ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: It is shown that the tiered standard- ized training can effectively improve the overall ability of nurses in department of orthopaedics ward as well as the quality of nursing service.
