摘要 目的:探讨临床护理路径教学改革对护理教学效果的影响,总结临床护理路径教学的实施及管理过程。方法:以三年制专科护理专业学生为研究对象,教改班采用临床护理路径教学模式教学,对照班采用一般常规教学,并对教改班和对照班的学生进行考核、问卷调查。结果:教改班课末考试成绩、实习带教老师评价、实习医院患者评价均优于对照班;对学生进行教学满意度调查,被调查学生对临床护理路径教学的满意度较高。结论:采取临床护理路径模式教学可以提高学生的综合素质和临床能力,使教学目标、方法和时间管理具体化,有效缩短教育与临床之间的差距,培养高素质护理人才。 Objective : To investigate the effect of nursing education based on the clinical nursing path reform, and to summarize the implementation of teach- ing and management processes. Methods:Three years' vocational nursing students were taken for the study. Teaching mode of reform class was based on the clinical nursing path, and control class received the general conventional teaching. All of the students were needed for assessment and questionnaire. Results : Reform class' points, practice teachers' and hospital patients' evaluation were better than the control classes;the survey of students who have been taught by clinical nursing path teaching has higher satisfaction. Conclusion : Clinical nursing path mode can enhance the overall quality of students, and improve students' clinical competence, teaching objectives, methodology and time management specific, and effectively narrow the gap between education and clinical training of qualified nursing personnel.
