摘要
目的：探讨认知联合音乐疗法对体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF - ET）夫妇生活质量的影响。方法：将2013年12月~2014年5月符合标准的32对 IVF - ET 夫妇随机等分为对照组和试验组。对照组仅给予常规治疗和护理，试验组在此基础上实施认知联合音乐疗法进行干预。干预8周后使用 SF -36量表进行评价。结果：8周后试验组夫妇在生理职能、总体健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康的得分及生活质量总分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 均﹤0．05）。结论：认知联合音乐疗法能有效改善 IVF - ET 夫妇躯体健康及心理健康水平，从而提高IVF - ET 夫妇的生活质量。认知疗法联合音乐疗法可以改善 IVF - ET 夫妇双方的生活质量。
Objective：To investigate the effect of cognitive therapy combined with music therapy on quality of life of the couples for the in vitro fertilization embryo transfer（IVF - ET）. Methods：32 couples were included in this study. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group included 16 couples. The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing. The experimental group were also given cognitive therapy com-bined with music therapy on the basis in the conventional treatment and nursing in 8 weeks. Using SF - 36 scale,quality of life were evaluaed respectively on admission a after the 8 weeks of intervention in the two groups. Results：The scores of the physiological function and quality of life were higher in the experi-mental group than those of the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion：Cognitive therapy com-bined with music therapy can effectively improve the IVF - ET couple on the physiological function and Somatic function,also can eliminate wives negative emotion,so as to improve the quality of life of IVF - ET couples.
