This paper introduces the present situation of the mobile internet industry, analyzes the development trend of the industry and the characteristics of the talent demand. In view of the present situation of the development of mobile application development technology in higher vocational colleges, this paper expounds the importance of the construction of teaching staff and puts forward the strategies to promote the professional knowledge and technology level of the teachers, and on the basis of teaching practice, the experience gained in the building of the teaching team has been summarized.
