摘要
2013年我国提出"一带一路"的战略计划,作为"走出去"战略的升级版,海外投资越来越引起关注,而海外投资保险制度作为海外投资的后备力量,却稍逊风骚。文章从海外投资保险的基本内涵出发,比较研究当前发达国家的海外投资保险制度,结合当前我国的时代背景,深入探讨适合中国的海外投资保险制度。
During 2013, China has proposed ＂The Belt and Road Initiatives＂ strategy, as the upgrade of ＂going out strategy＂. Overseas investment has gotten more and more awareness, while the overseas investment insurance system which is the basis of it is not as well as it. In this paper,？it will first introduce the basic connotation？of？the？insurance, and then make the comparison among the developed countries. Next with our background of times, it deeply discusses the proper overseas investment insurance system in China.
