摘要
工业现代化的发展需要体现可持续发展的指导思想。文章综合考虑环境、资源和经济因素对产业结构的影响,采用环境污染类因子、资源消耗类因子和经济类因子构建资源环境经济综合指数模型,并对2013年中国工业产业结构合理性进行了评价。研究表明:1资源环境经济综合指数建模简单,可将各类影响因子纳入模型中。将该指数用于产业结构合理性评价,评价结果可靠。22013年中国工业各行业中,金属冶炼及压延加工业、电力、热力生产和供应业、造纸及纸制品业、石油加工业、化学原料和化学制品业等5个行业属于增长粗放型行业,应对其进行限制和约束,其余行业增长的集约化程度较高,应给予鼓励和支持。
The development of modern industry needs to follow the guiding ideology of sustainable development. The impacts of environment,resource and economy on industrial structure were considered and combined to build up a comprehensive index model in order to evaluate the rationality of Chinese industrial structure in 2013.The model was easy to build and open for all kinds of factors.The evaluation results appeared reliable.Metal smelting and rolling,electricity,heating production and supply,papermaking and paper products industry,oil production, and chemical material and chemical products industry have undergone an extensive growth.Limits needed to be laid on these industries.Other industries intended to grow intensively,which should be encouraged and supported.
