不同硫化体系对钢丝编织液压胶管外胶性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了T1681与硫黄并用硫化体系和FSH与KSH并用硫化体系对钢丝编织液压胶管外胶(氯化聚乙烯,简称CM)的物理机械性能、耐磨性和热空气老化性能的影响。结果表明:T1681与硫黄并用硫化体系硫化胶的扯断伸长率、硬度、撕裂强度均高于FSH与KSH并用硫化体系硫化胶;T1681与硫黄并用硫化体系硫化胶的DIN磨耗量小于FSH与KSH并用硫化体系硫化胶的DIN磨耗量;T1681与硫黄并用硫化体系硫化胶热稳定性较FSH与KSH并用硫化体系硫化胶热稳定性稍好。 The influence of T1681 and sulfur combination curing systems and FSH and KSH combination curing systems on physic-mechanical properties,the abrasion performance,hot air aging property of chlorinated polyethylene(CM)vulcanizate-wire braid hydraulic hose external rubber were investigated.The results showed that elongation,hardness,tear strength of T1681 and sulfur combination curing systems vulcanizate were higher than FSH and KSH combination curing systems vulcanizate;DIN abrasion of T1681 and sulfur combination curing systems vulcanizate was less than DIN abrasion of FSH and KSH combination curing systems vulcanizate;the heat aging stability of T1681 and sulfur combination curing systems vulcanizate was slightly better than FSH and KSH combination curing systems vulcanizate.
