Animation industry is an important cultural industry of a capital-intensive,technology-intensive and laborintensive combination. It is characteristic of high-cost,high added value,and high degree of internationalization. In the process of financing,animation businesses,especially small and medium enterprises,are facing the dilemma in copyright value assessment series. The article analyzes the factors affecting the copyright value of animation works,and the cause of dilemma in value assessment. It also puts forward ways to improve the copyright evaluation and promote small and medium enterprise development.
