摘要
中国目前进入"大众创业、万众创新"的时代,高校创业教育的开展为国家创业人才的培养有着举足轻重的作用。正因中国创业教育起步较晚,发展较快,师资队伍、教育内容、教学模式三方面存在着不足。作为教学主体的师资队伍应该正视创业教育应有的"浮力"、"阻力"、"推力"、"拉力",转变教师角色,完善教学内容、创新教学模式,在"四力"的启示下更好地完成高校创业人才的培养。
China is entering the era of popular entrepreneurship and innovation. The entrepreneurship education of universities plays an important role in the development of the country's entrepreneurial talents. Because China's entrepreneurship education is marked with late start and rapid growth,there exist shortages in teachers,teaching content and teaching mode. Therefore,teachers should understand correctly the role of entrepreneurship education,change the role of teachers,improve the teaching content and innovate the teaching mode.
