The public welfare poster,as a barometer of social and spiritual purifier,penetrates everywhere in all aspects of civic life. It has not only kept a good momentum of development in our country these years as an important form of public service ads,but also increasingly shown a strong social power of education as a means of recessive education,and thereby fully display the function of the ideological and political education.
